Two Ingredient Pizza Crust

                             Healthy Pizza that taste good!!

 

2 ingredient dough: (6 sp total)
1/2 C self rising flour
Slightly less than 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt

Mix together (will be crumbly-keep working with it). Roll into a ball and then place on greased pizza pan and flatten or roll out(I used parchment paper instead of cooking spray because I don’t like my pizza pan sprayed).
I sprinkled Italian herbs on the crust before the sauce.

I used:
1/4C pizza sauce (1 sp)
1/2 C low fat mozzarella cheese (4sp)
Mushrooms
Green pepper
Onions
I would’ve added chicken if I’d have had some. I added Turkey Pepperoni.

Bake in oven at 375 for 23-25 min

11 points for entire pizza. So filling!

Pure Essential Shampoo

Natural Shampoo with Essential Oils

 

  • 1/2 c of Dr. Bonner’s Pure Castile Almond Liquid soap

  • 1-1/2 c of Distilled Water

  • 3 T Coconut Oil

1-5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

1-4 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil

Pour into container and shake.  Shake well before each use.

Rosemary  Is good for Hair Loss, Greasy/Oily Hair.  (The Rosemary plant was regarded as sacred by many civilizations and used to drive away evil spirits and protect against plague and infectious illness.)

Lavender  Is good for Dry Hair, Fragile hair, Hair Loss also a antimicrobial and antiseptic along with so many other benefits!

The French Medicinal Uses were for Dandruff, hair loss, insomnia and much much more!

Lavender Is a universal oil that has been known to balance t he body and work wherever there is a need!  If in doubt use Lavender!

Aromatic- Influence:  It promotes consciousness, health, love, peace, and a general sense of well-being.

Home Made SPICE MIXES

Natural home grown spices

 

About 25 years ago I started drying some of my own veggies which back then wasn’t very many! I started with Celery and green peppers ; now through the years and more time after having had raised 4 boys things have changed.

Living in a little River town the past 23 years I began doing a garden again and canning and freezing along with drying veggies and herbs!

So here are a few items I make with some of my dried vegetables and herbs.

I dried my own Celery last fall and keep in canning jars. It’s so nice to have for soups, stew and such!

The bottom bag is my mix of green peppers, red peppers and jalapeños! So good mixed with Meatloaf,Tacos,Chili and such.

Cilantro my Favorite herb to cook with or mix in my Italian dishes, I’ll be raising more this year !

Then last but Best is my Taco Seasoning and Chili seasoning mixes!

Taco Seasoning Mix

  1. 1/4 cup chili powder
  2. 1/4 cup cumin powder +2 Tablespoons
  3. 1-1/2. Tablespoon garlic powder
  4. 2tsp onion powder
  5. 2 tsp oregano
  6. 2tsp paprika
  7. 2 Tablespoons salt
  8. 1-1/2 tsp pepper

Put all ingredients in a pint jar and shake to mix well, This makes approximately 1 cup.

I add 3-4 Tablespoons to 2 lbs of hamburger

 

Chili Seasoning

  • 1/2 c chili powder +2 Tablespoons
  • 2 -1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 5 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 c plus 2 Tablespoons cumin
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons salt
  • 3 Tablespoons pepper
  • Add 3 Tablespoons and 1/2 cup water to 1 pound of meat
